When you say reformat, do you me re-installing windows, or completely reformatting the computer? I have 2 hard drives: One for the OS and one for programs. I'm assuming you either mean re-installing windows or reformatting my OS drive.

I'm not getting any error messages. The connection seems to be fine (according to the Log Server) but it dies somewhere in the encryption handshake before login.
